丹尼爾戴路易斯,是我最喜歡的演員之一

第一次認識丹尼爾戴路易斯就是在"以父之名"這部電影

後來開始狂看他的電影,大地英豪,敢愛敢鬥,紐約黑幫,黑金企業.....

這次會看林肯當然也是衝著他來的

這部戲的重點就是在林肯離開的那一幕

透過管家的視野看見了林肯的背影

那時我終於明白導演要表達的意思了

心裡突然有鎮莫名的感動,久久不已.

大概劇情如下:

全片以總統林肯領導美國北方贏得南北戰爭為背景，以及其在南北戰爭中堅持廢除奴隸制度所付出的心血轉折。

正值美國獨立戰爭時期的1865年，亦發生美國史上最為慘烈的戰役。當選美國第16屆總統的林肯即將面臨此生最重的危機，

他必須與國會中爭吵連連且各懷鬼胎的議員們進行協調事宜，他的最大使命就是希望國會成員們能為廢除黑奴制度投下神聖一票。

面對仍舊贊成奴隸制度的各方角力之爭，林肯遇刺身亡最後四個月裡,

如何在詭譎多變政治局勢下，運用高度的智慧與精明策略，逆轉局勢而贏得這場聖戰？

Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty,

and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

在八十七年前，我們的國父們在這塊土地上創建一個新的國家，乃基於對自由的堅信，並致力於所有人皆生而平等的信念。

Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure.

We are met on a great battle field of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field,

as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that this nation might live.

It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.

It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced.

It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us — that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion — that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain — that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom — and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.
